The best time in life is youth. In the autumn of 1941, 17-year-old Dai allied came to Hai'an to accept the baptism of blood and fire with full enthusiasm for resisting Japan and saving the country. Until he was transferred to the post of deputy secretary of Nantong prefectural Party committee at the age of 27, he fought and grew up in Hai'an and shared life and death with the people of Hai'an in this golden period of life. In the difficult journey of life, Mr. Dai Meng is unforgettable, but Haian, the red hot land, has always regarded it as his second hometown.

From 1984 to 2016, Mr. Dai Meng donated his collected books and famous calligraphy and painting works to Hai'an three times. This exhibition mainly displays some calligraphy and painting works, a total of 41. It mainly displays the calligraphy works written by Mr. Dai Meng to Hai'an and Han residence, as well as the calligraphy and painting works of contemporary celebrities in his collection. We would like to take this exhibition to express our gratitude to Mr. Dai Meng.
