The frame beam and the span beads have passed through heaven and earth, adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing for thousands of years. Abacus, shining with the wisdom of Chinese ancestors, has come from ancient history. From the pottery pill of "counting with beads" in the Western Zhou Dynasty to the abacus of "one for five" in the Han Dynasty; From the use of abacus in the Tang and Song Dynasties to the gradual improvement of abacus algorithm in the yuan and Ming Dynasties; From the popularity of abacus in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China to the wide application of abacus in the economic construction of new China; From today's traditional abacus with calculation as the main function to abacus with the function of enlightening and educating people... Millennium abacus has been prosperous for a long time.

More than 140 exquisite abacus cultural relics are displayed in this exhibition, which describes the historical inheritance of abacus, abacus and technology, abacus and culture.

In today's world, information technology is updated iteratively. Natural selection, innovation and development of abacus mental arithmetic, born of adversity, the road of Millennium abacus is still extending under our feet.

The exhibition is open free of charge. Citizens and friends are welcome to visit.
