Suzhou is an important cultural ancient city along the Grand Canal. The river revolves around the city and the city is prospered by the river. In June 2014, China's Grand Canal was successfully applied for the world heritage, and the four old canals and seven heritage sites in Suzhou were included in the world cultural heritage list. On July 15, 2021, Haian Museum and Suzhou stele museum will jointly hold the "memory of Jiangnan - Suzhou Grand Canal stele rubbings Exhibition".
